Geo Tube
A Geo Tube is a large, tubular container made from high-strength woven geotextile fabric. It is used to contain, dewater, and stabilize materials such as dredged sludge, sand, or silt. Once filled, the tube allows water to escape while retaining solid particles inside.
✅ How Do Geo Tubes Work?
The tube is laid in position and fitted with filling ports.
Sludge, sand, or slurry is pumped into the tube.
Water drains out through the geotextile fabric, while solid material is retained.
Once filled and dried, the tube can remain in place as a structural unit or be removed.

✅ What Are Geo Tubes Used For?
Dewatering of sludge, slurry, and dredged material
Shoreline and coastal protection
Riverbank and embankment reinforcement
Land reclamation and soil containment
Flood control and breakwater formation
